胆道术中、术后胆汁中γ-GT、GOT、LDH及同功酶、LPO动态观察及临床价值

Continous Measuremeat of γ-GT GOT LDH and It's Isoenzymes and LPO in Bile During and After Biliary Operation

摘要 本实验研究胆总管探查T管引流术中、术后胆汁中γ—GT、GOT、LDH及同功能、LPO的变化。本实验发现术后早期胆汁中γ—GT含量较低,以后逐渐回升。在带管出院或拔管前,胆道有残石、感染存在时,胆汁中GOT、LDH含量明显下降,此可用于诊断。胆管癌病人胆汁中LDH同功酶谱与良性病变相反,可用于诊断。同时LPO是一种脂类过氧化物,经胆道手术,术后早期胆汁中LPO明显升高,之后逐渐下降。 This study was mainly to study γ-GT GOT LDH and it's isoenzymes and LPO in dile of during and after operation. It was found that the γ-GT concentration in the early period after operation was decreased and was followed by gradual elevation as time. On discharge from the hospital with drawal of the T-tube, if the biliary in fection and residual stone were present, the GOT and LDH ware markedly decreased. This result might be used for diagnoses. The LDH-isozymogrem in the biliary carcinoma cases was contradictory to ben-ign biliary disease and it can be used for the diagnosis of biliary carcinoma. LPO is lipoid peroxide and after biliary operation, the LPO in bile was markedly increased and then, g-radually decreased with time passing.
