摘要
报道儿童角膜移植与白内障摘除人工晶体植入联合手术16例（16只眼），平均随访27个月，透明率56．3％，排斥反应发生率37．5％。文中对手术特点及预后情况进行讨论.
Penetrating keratoplasty combined cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation was performed in 16 eyes of children who were folliwed up for 27 months on the average. The rate of gra fted clarity was 56.3% and the immune rejection rate was 37.5%. The authors discussed operative condition and prognosis.
