摘要
骨转移癌是指其它组织器官发生的恶性肿瘤，通过某种途径转移到骨，除脊柱首发外，四肢居第二位，多数从血液循环转移。四肢骨转移癌，以股骨肱骨最多见、骨转移癌向来被认为是恶性肿瘤晚期表现。本文报告我院从1971年到1995年间，治疗58例四肢转移癌，并就有关问题进行分析。
Osseous metastatic carcinoma means a kind of malignant tumor,which metastasiges from other primary organs to the bone in some ways. Except the spine, four extremities have the highest incidence, especially femur and hunerus. Dsseous metastatic carcinoma usually metastasiged throuth the blood circulation. It is also regarded as the late manifestion of malignant tumor, as always. In this anicle,58 cases of osseous metastatic carcinoma of four extrenmities, which was collected within the last 24 years (1971~1975), was reported. In addition, some relative probems were analysed.
