摘要
喉外伤的急诊期处理是耳鼻咽喉科的一个重要课题，本文报道28例喉外伤急诊期按损伤程度进行不同的处理及结果，提出喉外伤急诊期的积极处理对于防止术后并发外伤性喉狭窄的重要性．文中就诊断、治疗等问题进行了讨论．
The treatment of acute laryngeal trauma is an important problem to otorhinolaryngology.According to the traumatic degree, 28 patients suffering from actue laryngeal trauma were treated withdifferent ways and achieved good effect in this paper. It suggested that the timely treatments of larygealtrauma in the stage of emergency play important roles in prevention of laryngostenosis. The acutelaryngeal tauma's treatment inducing conservative way, trgnheotomy, operative explorationreconstruction and reposition, fixaion will be discussed, respectively.
