An exploratory study on the relation between tacit knowledge communication,transfer and tech-innovation

摘要针对隐性知识的开发和管理问题,建立了隐性知识交流、隐性知识转移和技术创新之间关系的理论模型,并在理论分析的基础上提出12个研究假设。采用问卷调查法,运用AMOS5.0把从我国东西部地区的部分制造企业和研究所收回的255份有效正式问卷数据导入结构方程模型进行分析,对理论模型和研究假设进行了检验,并依据研究结论提出了相关的对策建议。 Aiming at the exploitation and management of tacit knowledge, a theoretical model about the relationship between tacit knowledge communication, tacit knowledge transfer, and tech -innovation is bulh up; and 12 hypotheises on the basis of theoretical analysis is put forward. In order to examine the model and hypotheses, the method of questionnaire is adopted and then the data of 255 valid formal questionnaires from part of manufacturing enterprises and institutes both in west and east areas are put into the Structural Equation Model（SEM） by use of the AMOS 5.0 software. Finally, according to the results, the related advices are brought forward.
