摘要
指出了传统理论认为有限的注意资源分配给前面的靶引起随后靶的认知受损导致注意瞬脱(AB),但延迟选择理论认为靶后的干扰物触发的抑制效应导致注意配置延迟是引起AB的主要原因.通过比较位于数字干扰物中的3种3字符在两种不同报告方式下的成绩,对延迟选择理论进行了检验.实验结果提示:延迟选择理论不能解释注意瞬脱的实验现象.
Conventional theories of attentional blink (AB) have relied on some form of limited attentional resource that is allocated to the leading target at the expense of the trailing target. But the delayed selection(DS) theory proposed that a delayed attentional engagement resulted from the suppressive effect evoked by the distractors intervening between successive targets as the primary determinant instead. In the present study, we tested this theory by comparing the performance to three kinds of strings consisting of two target letters with one digit, one letter or one symbol inserted between them, which are embedded among digit distractors in rapidly presented visual sequences under two different instruction conditions. The results demonstrated that DS theory could not explain all the AB phenomena in the present study.
