摘要
权变管理理论形成于20世纪70年代,它强调管理者要根据组织所处的内外部环境随机应变,针对不同的条件寻求不同的最合适的管理模式或方法。当前,图书馆面临着一个风险与机遇并存的大舞台,面对更多的困难和挑战。结合图书馆的实际,在图书馆工作中运用权变管理理论,会使图书馆僵化的管理模式得到改善,更加有效地指导图书馆实践。
The Contingency Management Theory formed in the 1970s,and it emphasizes that managers should act according to the inside and outside circumstances of organizations, and seek different and most appropriate management mode or method according to the different conditions. Currently, libraries are facing a big stage in which risks and opportunities coexist and facing more difficulties and challenges. Applying the theory to the libraries' practice work will ameliorate the rigid management mode so as to much effectively direct the practice of libraries.
