摘要
综合我国内地各地区公共图书馆的基本情况,并调研31个省级公共图书馆通过网络为企业提供信息服务的情况,可以总结出公共图书馆面向企业提供信息服务存在的问题,包括职能问题、图书馆数量问题、累计馆藏问题、文献利用问题、通过网络为企业提供信息服务存在的问题。针对这些问题,应采取支持并促进政府尽快颁布实施《图书馆职能法》、优先发展县级图书馆、保障文献经费投入等对策。
This article synthesizes the public library＇s basic situation of our country, investigates 31 provincial public libraries that provide the information services through the network for the enterprise, and points out the problem faced by the public libraries in the aspect of providing the information services for the enterprise. The problems includes function, the number of libraries, accumulated collection, the utilization of documents, and providing the information services through the network for the enterprise. At last, this article puts forward some countermeasures for solving the problems.
