摘要
论述了电阻焊机使用过程中,因焊机二次回路里各连接部位发热和环境条件变化,引起电位差和接触电阻变化,对焊机固有可靠性的影响;焊机温升对电子元器件的影响。从而影响焊件可靠性。提出了选择材料的原则,减少接触电位差、接触电阻的方法。指出提高焊机使用中的可靠性是确保产品焊接质量、延长焊机使用寿命的重要途径。
This paper deals with how the inherent reliability of a welder is affected by the change of potential difference and contact resistance resulting from the heat of the connections of the secondary circuits of the welder and the deterioration of the ambient condition. It points out the temperature rise of the welder affects its electronic components as well as the reliability of the pieces welded. The principles of selecting materials and the methods of reducing potential difference and contact resistance are afforded. It also has pointed out raising the reliability of the welder in operation acts an important role in ensuring welding quality and prolonging welder life.
