摘要
本文报道我院30年间收治的小儿胆道结石35例,结合文献复习着重讨论了本病的临床特点、诊断和治疗。指出此病在小儿少见,小儿胆石以胆色素结石为主,胆管结石为多,发病急骤,并发症率高,宜早期手术治疗。
Thirty-five children with cholelithiasis admitted in the past 31 years were reviewed. Eleven were male and 24 were female, ages ranging from 5 to 12 years. The stones in gallbladder were in 3, and in common bile duct 32 cases. Thirty-two cases were operated on and 3 of them died. Cholelithiasis is uncommon in childhood. Most of them were caused by parasitic infec-tion. The clinical features, diagnosis and treatment were discussed.
