摘要
针对电力机车LCU测试系统需要对被测试对象的动态运行性能进行实时仿真测试的要求,开发了一种能实时地控制负载电流变化的电子负载模块;以PHILIPS公司的LPC2119为主控芯片,采用其内嵌的CAN控制器设计了CAN通信网络;对并联功率MOS-FET器件在驱动电压动态变化条件下的均流特性进行了研究与试验分析,同时对采用数模转换器件作为其驱动器件的驱动电路进行了研究与设计;以此电子负载模块作为仿真负载的LCU测试系统,实现了对负载电流的在线实时调节,达到了对被测试对象的动态运行性能进行仿真测试的目的。
This paper introduce a design scheme of a electronical load module which have real-time performance and can regulate current dynamically. We design the CAN network use the internal embedded CAN controller of LPC2119, at the same time we study the shunt - characteristic of the parallel connection MOSFET at the condition of the drive voltage changes dynamically, and design its drive circuit use the DAC chip. Equipped with this electrical load module which adopts this design scheme, the LCU (Logic Control Unit) test system achives the real-time regulation of the load current, and realizes the function of testing the objecfs dynamic operation performance.
