Data acquisition system design of high-speed ECT system

摘要 针对目前电容层析成像(ECT)数据采集系统中控制模块和通讯模块制约数据采集速度的瓶颈问题,本文设计并研制了一套基于DSP处理器和USB2.0技术的高速ECT数据采集系统。该系统以DSP处理器(ADSP-2188N)为核心,辅以CPLD进行控制;同时采用USB2.0技术设计了ECT的通讯模块,实现了ECT数据采集系统与上位机的高速通讯。实验测试表明,该系统在保持较高采样精度的同时,数据采集的速度大为提高,每秒达到2264幅以上,突破了ECT系统数据采集速度的瓶颈,满足了工业应用的实时性要求。 A high-speed control module and communication module for solving the bottleneck of data acquisition speed of ECT system is developed. The computing and control unit includes a digital signal processor (ADSP-2188N) and a complex programmable logic device (CPLD). The communication module of the designed system is developed based on USB 2.0 technology, which can implement high-speed communication between ECT system and PC. Test results show that the data acquisition speed of over 2264 frames per second has been achieved, which break through the bottleneck of data acquisition speed of ECT system and can meet the real-time requirement of the industrial processes.
