术后胆道残余结石及感染对胆汁糖、脂肪及微量元素分泌的影响

Residual Biliary Calculus and Infection After Choledochostomy on Glycometabolic, Lipometabolic and Trace Element Alterations in Bile

摘要 文章报道对胆道残石和感染患者的胆汁进行糖、脂肪、LDH微量元素等测试观察结果,并论讨胆汁中所测代谢物变化的原因。 To evaluate the potential effect of residual biliary calculus and infection in the bile formation and secretion, the glycometabolic, lipometabolic and trace element from T-tube bile were analyzed 9 days after choledochostomy. The specimens were from 31 patients with the 19 patients were acute parulent cholangitis and 12 from the elective biliary surgery. The patients were divided into two groups, one had residual biliary calulus and infection and another group was the control. In the investigation, lactic acid, glu cose, trigluceride, cholesterol, phospholipid, total lipid, lipase, LPO(lipid oxidizing agent), trace elements including: Cr, Zn, Fe, Cu were analyzed. It was found that the residual group were lower in most of the data, especially in lipo-material and LDH, than in the control(P<0.05), pat LPO was slightly higher than in the control(P>0.05). The data suggested that the bile contents were altered and most of it was related to calculus formation and biliary infection.
