摘要 疏松砂岩油藏开发过程中出砂严重,防砂技术成为维持疏松砂岩油藏油井长期正常生产的主要措施之一.探讨了防砂用化学剂的应用现状,针对存在问题,提出了防砂用化学剂的研究思路,开发了一种高强度固砂剂FA-1.室内模拟实验表明,FA-1固砂剂的胶结强度高,胶结后渗透性好.现场试验表明,该防砂工艺成功率可达95%,有效期在570d以上,增产效果显著;且施工工艺简单,无需特殊的增孔液、隔离液及顶替液. There is severe sand production in the development of unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs,so sand-preventing techniques become one of the main measures for maintaining the normal production of the oil wells in this type of reservoirs in a long time.The application situation of the chemical agents for sand-preventing is discussed,the thought for studying the chemical agents is put forward according to the problems existing in their applications.A high-strength sand-consolidating agent FA-1is developed.The laboratory simulation experiments show that FA-1 has high cementing strength,and the permeability of the cementation body is high.Field tests show that the success rate of the sand-preventing technology using FA-1 can reach to 95%,and its sand-preventing validity period is longer than 570 d.The technology has obvious production increasing result and does not need special pore retaining fluid,spacer fluid and displacement fluid.The operation of the technology is simple.
