摘要
1996年国际宇航联合会(International Astro-nautical Federation,IAF)在北京召开了第47届大会。大会的主题是'扩大空间应用的范围'。江泽民主席作了重要讲话,国务委员宋健作主题报告,李鹏总理会见了参加大会的各国航天局负责人。IAF 于1950年在巴黎成立,旨在通过学术交流推动空间科学技术和国际间的研究与合作。
The 47th International Astronautical Congress was convened in Beijing in 1996.Some trends of satellite tech- nology,including the earth observations,satellite communication,small stallite,getting energy from space and etc.are presented.
