摘要
雷电是自然界一种高电压、大电流、超长间隙的瞬态放电现象。它所产生的高温和瞬变电流及电磁辐射对人类生活有直接的危害。正因为如此,有关雷电的研究随着科学技术的不断发展越来越活跃。
Artificially triggering lightning technology,a new means in lightning research,makes lightning discharges take place under a controllable and natural environment,which otherwise should occure at random spatiotempo- rally.The rocket-wire technique is now commonly used in lightning triggering.Other methods,especially laser induced lightning,have been successfully tested in the laboratory and are also hopeful of being used in practice.
