摘要
将仲裁引入职业体育领域,既符合职业体育的市场规范本质要求,又尊重体育的基本规律和体育行业的特殊性。因此,积极寻求在现行仲裁制度框架下解决职业体育纠纷是一种务实的态度。旨在通过明确现行仲裁范围在职业体育纠纷的具体适用,建立健全我国职业体育纠纷的解决机制。
Arbitration solved the occupation sport dispute has own some advantages： it not only meets the market norm essence request of the occupation sport, but also respects the basic sport regulation. Therefore, solving the occupation sport disputes under the current arbitration system frame is a kind of realistic attitude. This paper tries to explicit current arbitration scope applying to the occupation sport disputes so as to set up and perfect the mechanism for solving occupation sport dispute.
