摘要
[目的]探讨异丙酚复合芬太尼静脉麻醉在人工流产术中的镇痛效果。[方法]将我院2004.1～2006.12,孕龄≤70d,自愿要求终止妊娠的早孕妇女200例随机分为两组,其中100例做为实验组,使用异丙酚复合芬太尼静脉麻醉;观察其镇痛效果及人流综合征发生率,同时随机抽取100例未采用任何镇痛方法作为对照组,进行比较。[结果]实验组的麻醉镇痛显效率为92%,人流综合征发生率为2%,对照组的人流综合征发生率为18%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),且两组术后阴道流血量不受麻醉影响(P﹥0.05)。[结论]异丙酚复合芬太尼静脉麻醉用于人工流产术,实为一种安全性高,镇痛效果好的手术方式,值得临床推广和应用。
[Objective] To study the effect safety of Fentanyl combined Propofol in induced abortion. [Methods] Randomly separated the pregnant women who voluntarily carried out the induced abortion from January 2004 to December 2006.Vein injection of Propofol and Fentanyl as group A, without any anesthetic intervention as group B. The effect of relieving pain, the rate of PAAS, the dilution of cervix and the volume of bleeding were analyzed. [ Results] The analgesic efficacy of Fentanyl plus Propofol was better than the other group. （P 〈 0.05）. There was no side effect without increment of post-operational bleeding and any influence on patients＇ revitalization （P 〉 0.05）. [Conclusion] Fentanyl plus Propofol used as anesthesia in induced abortion can provide better analgesia efficacy, fewer side-effect and higher safety.
