摘要
[目的]探讨妊娠妇女弓形虫(TOX)、风疹病毒(RV)、巨细胞病毒(CMV)、单纯疱疹病毒(HSV-Ⅰ、HSV-Ⅱ)5种病原体(简称TORCH)感染状况与不良妊娠之间的关系。[方法]应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对890例妊娠妇女(包括819例正常妊娠及71例不良妊娠)进行TORCH-IgM抗体检测。[结果]妊娠妇女的TORCH-IgM总阳性率为13.82%,TOX、RV、CMV、HSV-Ⅰ、HSV-Ⅱ的阳性率分别为4.04%、1.24%、4.61%、2.36%、1.57%;不良妊娠组与正常妊娠组之间的TORCH-IgM差异均有统计学意义。[结论]TORCH感染与不良妊娠密切相关,是不良妊娠的重要危险因素,应重视TORCH感染的早期筛查和诊治。
[Objective] To study the relationship between Toxoplasma (TOX), Rubella virus (RV), Cytomegalovirus (CMV), Herpes simplex virus (HSV- Ⅰ , HSV- Ⅱ ) (TORCH) infection and abnormal pregnancy. [Methods] To detect the TORCH-IgM, serum samples from 890 pregnant women (819 with normal pregnancy and 71 with abnormal pregnancy) were tested by the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). [ Results] The total positive rate of TORCH-IgM was 13.82%, and the positive rates ofTOX, RV, CMV, HSV-Ⅰ , HSV-Ⅱ were4.04%, 1.24%, 4.61%, 2.36%, 1.57%. All TORCH-IgM had significant difference between the abnormal pregnancy and normal pregnancy. [Conclusions] The infections of TORCH are close relative to abnormal pregnancy, are important risk factors of abnormal pregnancy and more attention should be paid to the early screening, diagnosis and treatment of TORCH infection.
