一次微生物盲样病原菌检测的分析 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]对浙江省省疾控发放的盲样根据其要求进行病原菌检测。[方法]参照GB/T4789-2003[1]的有关章节,对盲样进行病原菌检测。[结果]检出鼠沙门氏伤寒杆菌等3种致病菌,根据浙江省疾控的反馈信息,该市中心的考核成绩为满意。[结论]从比对试验结果显示,该市中心检验科的检测能力和水平明显提高,同时也增加了客户对该检测机构的信心。 [Objective] To test pathogenic bacteria of a blind sample from Zhejiang Province CDC, according to the CDC's requirements. [Methods] According to some article of GB/T4789-2003, tested the pathogenic bacteria of the blind7 microbial sample. [ Results] We tested three kinds of pathogenic bacteria in the sample, e.g. Salmonella typhimufium. Our test's achievement was good, according to the feedback information form Zhejiang CDC. [ Conclusion ] Our CDC's detection ability is more high than before form this test, and that increases the customers' confidence .
