摘要
本文报告20例鼾症患者行悬雍垂腭咽成形术(Uvulopalatopharyngoplaty, uppp)的治疗效果,有效率为70％,手术简便、安全,无严重合并症。重点讨论了手术方法,x线标准侧位头颅片在选择不同外科手术矫正鼾症的重要作用。
Twenty petients with snoring disease were treated by uvulopalatopharyngoplasty (UPPP). The reoults indicated that 16 patients have the benefical effectiveness (70%). The methods of UPPP were simple, convenient and satisfactory, and had no postoper-ative complications. The authors laid more emphasis on the discussion of the technique of UPPP and the importance of the cephalometric roentgenogram in the selection of di-fferent methods of operation for snoring diseaes.
