摘要
本文采用三维大变形弹塑性有限元方法。用LS-DYNA3D软件对盒形件的拉深成形过程进行仿真,针对三种不同形状坯料的仿真结果,分析讨论了坯料外形对盒形件拉深成形性能的影响。
Using 3D great deformation elastic-plastic finite element method, the artificial calculation of square cups deep-drawing forming process is made with LS-DYNA3D. The effect of 3 different profiles of blank materials on square cups deep -drawing forming is analyzed and discussed in this paper.
