摘要
中国-东盟自由贸易区以及在这一框架下的多区域合作是属于制度性一体化的合作，而且是以发展中国家（或地区）为合作主体的区域合作。政府作为这一合作进程中的组织者、推动者和协调者，是区域合作的主要行为体。本文主要是从宏观层面上探讨政府（主要是我国中央政府和广西区政府）在这一合作进程中的作用，并在此基础上阐述广西开放带动战略的提升。
The Guangxi opening-up driving strategy has been promoting with the building of China- ASEAN Free Trade Area, and meets significant developing opportunities and actual platform. With a unique geographical advantages and other resources, Guangxi enhances its role in China＇s opening-up situation successfully. Guangxi government has been playing an important role in promoting the process of cooperation in China - ASEAN free trade zone.
