摘要
介绍了孙口黄河大桥整体节点对接焊缝所作的试验研究和理论分析。具体研究了日本28mm厚的SM490C钢板和韩国20mm厚的SM490C钢板的横向对接焊缝。根据试验测定的焊缝各区冲击韧性、断裂韧性、疲劳裂纹扩展速率和疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值,对焊缝力学性能作出综合评价。
The test and theoretical analyses of the butt welded joint of the whole node in the steel truss of Sunkou Huanghe Bridge are presented. The joints are made of Japan's and South Korean's SM490C steel plate, which are 28 mm and 20 mm thick respectively. The mechanical properties of the butt welded joints have been evaluated according to the impulsive and fracture toughness as well as the rate and threshold values of fatigue crack propagation.
