摘要
本文报道在贝克曼免疫化学系统分析仪上,用抗p30血清,测定108份正常人精液中p30的含量,测得其含量范围为0.2996～4.3913mg/ml。经平方根变换,统计分析:偏度系数G_1=0.0237,峰度系数G_2=-0.8854,呈平方根正态分布。均数为1.6236mg/ml,标准差为0.1641mg/ml。
This paper is the first report about themeasurement of p30 level in the normalhuman seminal plasma by the Beckmanimmunochemistry system (ICS)using anti-p30 serum. The p30 levels of 108 samplesof normal human seminal plasma weremeasured.The rang of p30 level was0. 2996-4. 3913 mg/ml. The square root trans-formation statistical analysis indicatedthat the coefficient of skewness was 0.0237the coefficient of kurtosis was -0.8854, thep30 level in normal human seminal plasmafitted the square root norma1 distribution,the mean was 1.6236mg/ml and the stand-ard deviation was 0.1641mg/ml.
