摘要
引入了路线方案的多级评价模型。确定了权重向量的模糊矩阵法、比较矩阵法，提出了定性指标隶属度的确定方法——多相综合模糊统计法。
In this paper, fuzzy model for transport project multi-level appraisal is introduced. The methods to determine additive weighting, matrix fuzzy probability and comparison matrix are given. The methods to get the membership of linguistic evaluations, n-ary the synthesize fuzzy probability are described.
