摘要
对TC4钛合金叶片锻造组织和性能进行了研究,表明TC4钛合金力学性能接近常用低压不锈钢叶片材料,并可显著改善不锈钢叶片材料密度大,工作时离心力大等问题。
Microstructure and properties of forged TC4 titanium alloyed turbine blades were studied. Experimental results show that the mechanical property of TC4 blades is similar to that of common low-pressure stainless steel blades. Moreover, with TC4 blades, the conventional problem of too large working centrifugal force due to large density of stainless steel blades can thus be improved.
