摘要
大学孕育于学科。学科是大学的组织基干。只有构建并强固学科文化这根支干,才能不断完善和丰富大学的主体文化。基于这一认识,以分析学科文化的内涵及其构成要素为重点,并相应提出构建学科文化的具体思路。
The university is nurtured by disciplines, which are the base of university. Constructing and strengthening the culture of discipline will make the major culture of university perfect and rich. Based on this, this article focuses on analyzing the connotation and components of discipline culture, and puts forward some suggestions for the construction of discipline culture.
