摘要
将《孙氏医案》中运用温胆汤的经验进行系统分析,其扩展主治,得于配伍;对病投剂,审证加减。孙一奎将温胆汤应用于春温、痢疾、黄疸、吐酸、眩晕、呕吐、心痹、目眦白泡、妊娠呕吐等病证,为我们提供了宝贵的临床经验。
This article systematically analyzed the experience of using the Decoction for Clearing Away Gallbladder Heat in Sun Shi Yi An, it＇ s indication can be extended due to reasonable compatibility, Sun Yikui added or subtracted medical herbs according to different syndrome to treat various kinds of disease. He utilized this decoction to treat acute spring febrile disease, dysentery, jaundice, sour regurgitation, circumgyration, heart-energy stagnation syndrome, canthus white swell, vomiting of pregnancy etc. disease and syndrome, provided precious clinical experience for us.
