摘要
目的:观察清利祛瘀汤治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将98例患者分为治疗组56例和对照组42例两组。治疗组以清利祛瘀汤为基础方,随症加减,与采用左氧氟沙星和前列康治疗的对照组比较。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为91%、71%,治疗组治愈率明显优于对照组。结论:清利祛瘀汤治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效好,值得研究利用。
Objective ： To observe the clearing and removing blood stasis decoction of the treatment of chronic prostatitis the clinical efficacy. Methods： 98 cases were divided into two groups, the treatment group of 56 cases, 42 cases of the control group. Treatment group is based on clearing an removing blood stasis decoction, modification according to symptoms, contrast with the use of levofloxacin and the Prostate health of the control group. Resuhs： The treatment group and control group, the total efficiency were 91%, 71%, the treatment group is better cure rate than the control group. Conclusion： There is good effect of the clearing and removing blood stasis decoction of the trentment of chronic prostatitis, it is worth using.
