摘要
目前"内风"学说在中医中风理论领域占据主流地位,学术界一直对"外风"学说不够重视。追溯和分析中风"外风"学说的起源和发展,回顾了"内虚邪中"外风致病理论的形成。由于近年来中风与外感关系的临床研究发现越来越多的临床证据提示我们外邪入侵可能是引发中风事件的重要导火索,使我们重新开始认识中风的"外风"学说对中风起病的重要意义,并对"外风"学说的现代临床及实验研究进行了回顾与总结。指出应重视"外风"学说的研究与应用,加大加深临床与实验研究,使之更好地服务于临床。
Now the NEI FENG theory in stroke is the mainstream of the TCM.The TCM academe did not attach importance to it.The thesis reviewed the origin and the development of the WAI FENG theory. Now more and more evidences suggest that WAI XIE may be a important inducement.So we must restudy the importance of the. WAI FENG theory in stroke.We reviewed the clinical and experiment studies of the WAI FENG theory in stroke.We think that we should attach importance to the WAI FENG theory in stroke. We should do more and more clinical and experiment studies of the WAI FENG theory in stroke,and make it service the clinic.
