摘要
由于中频无源电焊机机内发电机不能发出50Hz的工频交流电,所以在野外施工中不能利用焊机内的发电机给现场的检测仪器和泥浆泵等设备供电.如果给中频无源焊机配备50Hz工频逆变电源,将会使该设备具有更高的使用性和性能价格比.为此提出了中频无源焊机内置2kW工频逆变电源的研制方法,并且在此过程中很好地解决了抗干扰问题,极大地提高了工频逆变电源工作的稳定性.
Because the intermediate frequency passive electric welding machine can not generate alternating current with the frequency of 50Hz, it can not supply power to the checking device and slop pump at the worksites. If the 50Hz contrary power is equipped to the intermediate frequency passive electric welding machine, the equipment will be better in performance and low in cost. The technique for making a power frequency inverter with 2KW and for the medium frequency passive welder is presented, which can help solve many interference problems and greatly improve the stability of the work of the power frequency inverter.
