摘要
利用聚醚改性硅氧烷(PPS)进行磷酸化合成了有机硅磷酸酯表面活性剂(PPSP),进而将其复配制备了一种有机硅磷酸酯加脂剂要求,应用实验表明所制备的有机硅磷酸酯加脂剂完全符合加脂剂指标,用其加脂后成革柔软丰满、手感舒适,表明该加脂剂适合用于高档革加脂.
The polyether-modified polysiloxane phosphate（PPSP） were synthesized by poly- ether-modified polysiloxane （PPS） and P2O5, polyether-modified polysiloxane phosphate fatliquor was prepared using dispersed P2O5 by controlled release method. The application experiment was also carried out, the result was that the capability of this fatliquor was accord with the stardard of fatliquor, the leather was supple and plumpy, it also had comfortable hand feeling, therefore it was a very goog fatliquor with perfect quality.
