摘要
非公有制企业普遍存在着安全管理基础薄弱、职工安全意识差、技术素质不高和工会劳动保护工作不到位等问题,致使职工安全健康权利遭到侵犯。在分析非公有制企业工会劳动保护现状与问题的基础上,提出对策与措施。
There are some problems in the non- public -ownership enterprises, including bad administration, poor safety consciousness, poor technology, and terrible working security. It has threatened the workers health. We should take action after analyzing the state of the workers in the system of non - public ownership.
