摘要
单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)可引起生殖系统感染,妊娠合并HSV感染可造成胎儿宫内感染,死胎和流产率增加。本文综述了妊娠合并HSV感染的发病机制、病理、免疫应答、临床特征、诊断和治疗的研究进展。
Herpes simplex virus （HSV） can cause genital infection,if HSV infected pregnant women, her fetal and （or） neonatal would have intrauterine infection and the fetal death and abortion would be increased. This paper reviewed the progress in pathology, immune response, clinical features, diagnosis and treatment in HSV infection in pregnant women.
