摘要
把荧光素固定在经处理的生物膜（新鲜羊肉膜）上，研制成光导纤维生物膜溴传感器。用该传感器对工业废水中的溴化物进行了监测。荧光线性响应范围8×10-7～2×10-5mol／L，相对标准偏差0．8％，响应时间2～3min。
A new optical fiber fluorescence sensor based on bio-membrane is developed for the determination of bromide . The fluorescein is immobilized on bio-membrane (fresh mutton film) pretreated in formaldehyde solution . The sensor has been used for monitoring bromide in industrial waste water. The linear range of fluorescence response is 8×10-7 ~2×10 -5 mol/L, the reative standard error is 0.8% and the response time is 2 ~ 3min
