摘要
研究了脉动无级变速器用超越高合器的滚动摩擦。滚动摩擦力主要由弹塑性滞后、粘着效应及微观滑动等引起。应用赫芝接触理论和材料的粘弹性性质,着重研究了弹性滞后和粘着效应。计算了由滚动摩擦产生的摩擦功耗,并举例分析讨论了两种结构的结果。
The rolling friction of overrunning clutch for pulse-continuously variable speed transmission (Pulse-CVT)is discussed. The frictional resistance to rolling comes from the elastic and plastic hysteresis, viscous shear, and microslipping. The emphasis of the modeling and analysis is laid on the elastic hysteresis and viscous shear. The analysis is done by utilizing the Hertzian contact theory, the visco-elastic properties of materials,and the adhesion theory. The frictional power due to rolling friction is evaluated. Example problems are analyzed based on the developed models.
