摘要
指出乡镇图书馆目前所处"空壳"的原因和窘境,反映出当前农村乡镇图书馆服务现状,探讨"十一五"期间我国社会主义新农村建设必须加强乡镇图书馆业务建设这一课题,重点闸述了乡镇图书馆在"十一五"期间的作用和工作方法,努力推进乡镇图书馆事业建设的实践。
The paper points out the reasons why township libraries have become ＂empty and how＂ and they are embarrassed at present, .which reflects the current service situation of township libraries. The paper has probed into the professional work on township libraries, which is a partial work of the construction of our new socialist countryside during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period. It stresses the function and working methods of township libraries during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period.
