摘要 用蒸发冷凝法,制备成不同平均粒径的Fe47wt%Ni纳米晶粉。将其压成小圆环,测其室温磁谱。结果表明,Fe47wt%Ni纳米晶粉芯具有较好的高频特性。在(1~300)MHz频率范围内,其复数磁导率实部μ1>100,虚部μ2<20,损耗角正切tgδ<0.1,共振频率fr>300MHz。当1MHz>f>400MHz时,μ2及tgδ激剧上升。在(1~300)MHz范围,形成一个很宽的通频带。它有可能成为一个高频、低损耗和宽频带的磁芯材料。 Fe47wt%Ni nanocrystal dust with various average particle sizes were prepared by the evaporationcondensation method in N2 atmosphere. The dust were compressed into the shape of small rings,and then their magneticspectra were measured at room temperature. Experiment showed, within (1~300)MHz, the real part μ1 of the complex permeability was greater than 100, and the imaginary part μ2 was less than 20. The tangent of loss angle tgδ was less than 0.1 and the resonance frequency fx was greater than 300MHz. When 1MHz>f>400MHz,the μ2 and tgδ increased fiercely. Within (1~300)MHz,a wide pass band was formed. It was possible that FeNi nanocrystal dust core made a kind of magnetic core material with high frequency, low loss and wide band.
