摘要 系统通过红外热像仪对磨削温度进行实时监测,在磨削温度超过预设值时能立即报警,并调整磨削相关参数以降低磨削温度,避免磨削烧伤;具有对采集到的磨削红外图像上的任一指定区域的磨削温度进行自动数据分析并显示该区域最高、最低和平均磨削温度等功能。 Through monitoring software and infrared thermal imager,the system realized the real-time monitoring of the grinding temperature.And the system can give an alarm immediately and adjust grinding parameters to reduce grinding temperature to avoid grinding burn when the temperature goes beyond the settings.Besides,the grinding temperature in any region specified on the grinding infrared imager can be analyzed automatically,and the highest,lowest and average grinding temperatures will be displayed.
