脉冲高压电源的研制 被引量:5

摘要 研制脉冲高压液体灭菌设备中的高压电源是有意义的。本文介绍用整流、滤波、逆变及串联谐振构成的高压脉冲源,具有设备小,耗能少,确保电压击穿灭菌的优点。
