摘要
以一对典型的弧齿锥齿轮传动系统为研究对象,应用传递矩阵法计算系统的临界转速和不平衡响应。讨论了支承刚度对系统临界转速及不平衡响应等振动特性的影响,得出一些规律性结论,用以指导齿轮传动系统的设计。
With respect to a pair of typical spiral bevel gear train system, the critical speed and unbalance response of the system are worked out by means of transfer matrix method.It analyses the influence of support stiffness on critical speed and unbalance response and vibration characteristics of the spiral bevel gear train system. Some useful results are obtained which give some advice to direct the design of gear train systems.
