摘要
本文介绍了经深冷(-196℃)处理的45^#钢的性能:同淬火钢相比,其硬度从HRC51-55降到HRC49-51,而在干摩擦和20^#机油润滑条件下,其耐磨性能提高2-6倍。金相分析表明,是白亮层的存在改进了淬火钢的耐磨性能。
The performances of steel45# being cryogenic tremtment are introduced in the paper. Compered with quencbed steel, the bardness decreased from 51-55 to 49-51, while wear resistance increased by 2-6 times after crygenic treatnent. It is the albescert lay-er (about 30μm) which improves the wear resiatance perfornences of quenched steel after cryogenic treatment.
