摘要
本文报道15个抗瘤酮A_(10)衍生物对临床分离的六株肿瘤的抑制活性测定结果,比较了它们同临床常用抗癌药物对临床分离的食道癌89111的抑制活性,并对比测定了化合物4、7和9同抗瘤酮A_1。对小鼠S_(160)瘤株的抑制活性。
In this paper, we rep-
ort the in vivo antitumor activities of
15 Antineoplaston A_(10) analogues against
six strain tumors separated from clinic.
Their activity against one strain of eso-
phagus cancer were compared with Cyc-
lophosphamide, 5-Fluorouracil, Metho-
troxate and Vinblastine. The inhibition
activties of 3 compounds as well as Ant-
ineoplaston A_(10) against Sarcoma-180 we-
re reported.
