摘要
介绍水电站门式起重机门架的参数化有限元设计程序,它可以完成新门架设计和对已有门架的校核;使用者可根据有限元分析的结果,对门架梁断面结构参数进行修改、再分析,直到得到较理想的门架。该程序具有很强的工程实用性,它采用空间梁单元对门架建模,用自编FORTRAN77程序完成有限元前处理,用SuperSAP完成门架的有限元分析。
The parametric finite element design program for gantry of water power ststion gantry crane is introduced,which can be used in designing new gantry or verification of an existing gantry According to the results of finite element analysis,user can modify and re analyze the parameters of gantry profile to gain an ideal gantry The program is very practal in engineering application It sets up a gantry module The finite element proprocessing is implemented by a specially compiled FORTRAN 77 program,while the finite element analysis is done with Super SAP
