摘要
目的观察总 IgE(TIgE)与嗜酸粒细胞阳离子(ECP)在鼻息肉患者血浆与组织中的水平,探讨 IgE介导的 I 型变态反应在鼻息肉发生、发展和复发中的作用。方法采用 UniCAP-100E 免疫荧光定量分析系统,检测40例鼻息肉患者(实验组)及7例鼻中隔偏曲患者(对照组)的外周血与组织匀浆上清液中 TIgE 及 ECP 水平。结果鼻息肉患者组织匀浆上清液中 TIgE 和 ECP 水平明显高于对照组(P 均<0.01)和外周血(P 均<0.01);且鼻息肉患者组织上清液中的 TIgE 和 ECP(r=0.462)及外周血 TIgE 和 ECP(r=0.318)水平分别呈正相关。鼻息肉患者外周血中 TIgE 和 ECP 水平与对照组相比差异无显著性(P 均>0.05)。结论鼻息肉是以嗜酸性粒细胞浸润为特征的疾病过程,IgE 介导的 I 型变态反应在鼻息肉形成过程中发挥一定作用。
Objective To evaluate the level of total IgE (TIgE) and eosinophilic cationic protein (ECP) concentration in the plasma and polyp of patients with nasal polyp and to investigate the mechanisms of IgE-mediated type I allergy in the onset, development, and recurrence of nasal polyp. Methods We used UniCAP-100E immunofluorescence quantified analytic system to detect the TIgE and ECP level in serum and the tissue homogenate supernatants of polyp in 40 patients with nasal polyp (test group) and the middle turbinate mucosa specimens of 7 patients with nasal septum deviation (control group). Results The TIgE and ECP levels in the supernatants of polyp tissue in the test group were higher than those in control group (P 〈 0.01) and in serum (P 〈 0.01). In the test group, there was a significant positive correlation between the TIgE level and the ECP level both in the supernatants of polyp tissue (r = 0.462) and in serum (r = 0.318). The serum TIgE and ECP levels in the test group were not significantly different from those in control group (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Nasal polyp is a disease characterized by eosinophile granulocyte infiltrating, and IgE-mediated type Ⅰ allergy may play a role in the formation of nasal polyp.
