摘要 以猪圆环病毒Ⅰ,Ⅱ(PCVⅠ,PCVⅡ)为材料,探索多重PCR(multiplex PCR)最佳反应体系.结果表明,两次正交实验共34次反应,就获得了PCVⅠ,PCVⅡ多重PCR扩增的最佳条件组合,所得优化条件稳定,重复性好,说明正交法是一种快速,高效,经济的多重PCR条件优化手段。 Orthogonal design was applied to optimize Multiplex PCR condition on Porcine circovirus type Ⅰ and Ⅱ (PCV Ⅰ , PCV Ⅱ ). Two orthogonal experiments , 34 reactions were performed in this investigation. The optimum reaction system established in this research was repeatable and stable. The results suggested that this method, which was invented to dissolve multi - factor controlling problems, is rapid, simple and economical to seek optimization reaction for Multiplex PCR.
