摘要
砂轮结构特性是影响磨削性能的一个重要因素。本文就磨料、粒度和硬度等结构参数的影响进行了分析。分析结果表明,砂轮硬度和粒度均有其最佳值。
Since the structural characteristics of grinding wheels are among the critical factors that have a bearing on grinding performance, this article makes an analysis of the effects caused by tinding wheel structural parameters such as abrasive material,grain size and hardness. The analysis results show that both the abrasive hardness and grain size have their optmum values respeclively.
