摘要
本文详细分析了用高性能矢量网络分析仪进行混频器测量的基本原理以及实现,在此基础上,针对频偏测量精度的问题进行了讨论,最后给出了混频器参数的测量方法。
In the paper we analyze the basics theory and the realization of mixer measurement using prior vector network analyzer in detail, then discuss how to make accurate frequency offset measurements. In the end the paper gives the particular method to measure parameters of the mixer.
