水泥基多孔吸声材料的研制 被引量:8

摘要 以普通硅酸盐水泥、膨胀珍珠岩等为主要原材料,辅以纤维和发泡剂等,根据多孔材料的吸声机理,利用压制成型的方法,研制开发一种可用于高速铁路环境下的高效吸声材料。试验就轻集料种类、胶凝材料对轻集料的包覆厚度、发泡剂以及吸声制品的厚度为主要因素考察了材料的吸声性能。结果表明:具有连通且与外界相通孔隙的膨胀珍珠岩为轻集料时制品的吸声性能最好;当胶凝材料对轻集料的包覆厚度为0.12 mm时,吸声系数可达0.74;发泡剂掺量为4%时,制品的吸声系数增加了0.14;制品厚度的增加提高了在低频范围内的吸声性能。 High performance sound absorption material used in highway environment was made by incorporated with Portland cement, expanded perlite, etc., through press technics.The absorbing characteristics of porous material with factors are inuestigated as follow:kinds of light aggregate, thickness of binder, foaming agent and product thickness.The results show that expanded perlite with connection porous was suitable to be light aggregate;When the thickness of binder to be 0.12mm,product sound absorption coefficient could be 0.74;Joining in foaming agent will improve the acoustic absorption performance, with 4% ( quantity ) foaming agent, product absorption coefficient was increase 0.14; thicker product have a better sound absorbing properties in low frequency than thinner one.
